By using the services provided by Salvus Support, you accept that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
3. Obligations of Client
The Client must take full responsibility for any actions undertaken as a result of using our services, and agrees to indemnify Salvus Support and its associates against any legal action that may result from such actions.
4. Obligations of Salvus Support
– Salvus Support is responsible for providing all services in a professional manner with due care and consideration.
– Salvus Support will not divulge confidential information obtained from the Client.
– Salvus Support will provide a suitable environment for all services.
5. Payment
The Client agrees to pay the full amount for all services as invoiced. Payment must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of services.
6. Refunds
All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by Salvus Support on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be made at the discretion of Salvus Support and may be subject to additional deductions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time without giving prior notice. In this event, Salvus Support will provide the Client with a pro-rated refund of any services not provided up to the termination date.
8. Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Client to check for changes periodically.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and any disputes can be referred to the English court.
